Full-time Call Center Member Service Representative

Description:
    We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Full-time Call Center Member Service Representative to join our RH Scott Branch, located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.
     You will be assisting members with all their account financial needs over the telephone. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following: providing account information, providing share and loan rates, processing various financial transactions, processing loan payments, deposit verifications, lien releases and matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Prefer 1 year Call Center/Member Service or related work experience
  • Flexible with scheduled shifts

Description:
    We are looking for a Part-time Teller who is willing to be flexible with scheduled shifts for our 10th Ave. So. Office located in Great Falls, MT. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.
     You will be responsible for assisting members with their account financial needs. These duties include, but are not limited to: providing account information, processing various financial transactions, such as, account deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. General shifts are M-F, 25 hours plus a week with rotation of Sat. Drive-up hours.
Requirements:
  • Prefer 1 year Teller/Customer Service or related work experience
  • Must be Flexible with scheduled shifts and be available to work on-call shifts
  • Must be able to greet members immediately in a professional manner
  • Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products
  • Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills

Description:
    We are looking for a Technology Director located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the main gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT.     Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: direct, oversee, organize, supervisor and implement all aspects of the credit union’s Data Processing Department. This includes maintaining, trouble-shoot/problem solve network, internet, security hardware and software problems, contract negotiations, and 3rd party due diligence. Oversee, train, mentor, and supervise the Data Processing staff. Maintain policies and procedures of the Data Processing department. Responsible for creating and developing system reports and assisting upper management with projects. Maintain the safety and soundness of all the credit union’s Data Processing hardware and software including routine testing of various equipment and systems.
Requirements:
  • Prefer a College Degree in information systems and/or comparable education preferred or a minimum of 3 years of system network experience
  • Prefer an individual with strong CU background
  • Must have 3 years previous management experience and IT background
  • Previous contract negotiation skills a plus
  • Must have strong communication and people skills
  • Must have a working understanding of Microsoft, UNIX, Internet, telecommunications, security and related technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot/problem solve network, hardware, or software problems
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to train others effectively required.
  • Experienced in oral and written communicative techniques needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to take charge of department and provide expected results required.
  • Flexibility to travel over night to various branch offices
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to lift 50 lbs.
