Description:
    We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Full-time Call Center Member Service Representative to join our RH Scott Branch, located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.
    You will be assisting members with all their account financial needs over the telephone. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following: providing account information, providing share and loan rates, processing various financial transactions, processing loan payments, deposit verifications, lien releases and matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products
  • Prefer 1 year Member Service or related work experience
  • Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven team player
