Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible, Executive Assistant to CEO to join our RH Scott Branch, located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.

You will be responsible for supporting the job activities of the President/CEO. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: general clerical, problem solving and correspondence, monthly Board reports/packet/minutes, committee minutes, databases, various filing, credit union contracts, file maintenance and copying.

Requirements:

  • Business Degree preferred or 1 year of clerical experience
  • Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven analytical, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
